Energy Efficient

A 36mm thick insulated hatch door, fire -resistant. The hatch door is a pine frame finished on each side with a white or beige HDF panel. The outer side (visible when the door is closed) of the hatch door is smooth with no fixing points visible. The lock and the metal pole supplied make closing the hatch door easy.

Hatch Mechanism

The ladder is fastened with angle brackets that enable the ladder to be positioned and fixed precisely. The unique opening mechanism is designed in such a way that is does not hinder your access to the loft.

Safety Treads

Treads are fitted using dovetail joints for added durability. Safety grooves are cut into the treads to prevent slipping.

Wooden Standard

The essential version of 3-4 section Ladder. Made from pine wood, it comes with an insulated hatch in beige which can be veneered or painted to match the interior character. The steps do not protrude from the stringer level.

The premium quality folding 3-4-section Attic Stair. Equipped with an aesthetically finished insulated hatch in white, handrail for added stability and safety and stile ends to protect the floor from scratches.
