How a transaction can be cancelled by a cardholder
Purchases can be made on-line using your Visa or Mastercard. HomeTech uses the secure facilities of DPS to transact payments and DPS is affiliated with all major banks in New Zealand and Australia. HomeTech will not record or store your credit card number.
When an on-line transaction has been successful, DPS will debit your credit card and credit HomeTech's bank account. At this time, a success email will be sent to you and the HomeTech office. This triggers our staff to commence processing your order.
If you need to cancel your on-line order, please notify the HomeTech office by email, fax or phone as soon as possible after you have made your transaction in order to avoid Packaging and Freight charges.
Your order will be dispatched within three working days of your successful on-line transaction.
The return of goods
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, provided the goods have not been used and the packaging is in good order, they can be returned within ten working days of receiving the goods. If you have received a faulty product, you can return your purchase for a replacement or a full refund (excluding postage and handling). Please contact customer service on 0800 466 383 to return your product to us for testing. Please choose carefully and check sizing before ordering.
