Like you, we are now working to Level 3 in Auckland and Level 2 in the rest of the country.
The safety of our staff and our customers is paramount to us, and for this reason we have put together very strict COVID-19 policies for all our staff to follow.
Some of the main points from this policy include:
- Any of our contractors or installers are prohibited to enter your home if they are showing any flu-like symptoms, if they have been overseas in the last 14 days, or if they have been in contact with anyone that has, or is suspected to have, COVID-19.
- They will maintain physical distancing of 2 metres at all times except for specific, identified tasks where distance will be 1 metre.
- They will follow good hygiene practices by thoroughly washing their hands often, and refrain from touching their face, and clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces and objects such as doorknobs.
- They are also required to ask you a few questions before they can enter your home about yourself, your household, the people who live there, and the health of these people. You will also be required to give your permission for our staff to enter your home.
