What happens when things aren't working as they should

If you believe your product to be faulty, or perhaps isn't working how it should, please notify Hometech as soon as possible. You can contact us via phone on 0800 466 383 or email at info@hometech.co.nz

Should any products be determined by Hometech to be defective, such products will be repaired or replaced and returned within a reasonable time, free from defect. If Hometech provides a replacement product, the warranty on the replacement will last only for the balance of the original product period.

Please note that all Hometech products and accessories need to be installed by a Hometech Certified Installation Consultant.
