How long will it take for my order to get delivered?
We'll despatch your order within three working days from when you've completed your order.
How much does delivery cost?
Almost all of our products come with free shipping. There are two major exceptions:
- We can't deliver to PO Box Numbers
- Because of the distance, rural deliveries, including, but not limited to, Waiheke, Kawau, Great Barrier and the Chatham Islands, will need to have an additional fee for shipping. Please do contact our friendly team on 0800 466 383 to request a quote.
How can I pay for my purchase online?
Purchases can be made securely on-line using your credit or debit card. Hometech uses secure payment facilities through Stripe. Stripe is affiliated with all major banks in New Zealand and Australia. Rest assured that Hometech will not record or store your credit card number. We don't even see it.
Once your payment goes through, our team at the Hometech office will send you an email to confirm the order, then we'll get right on to sending your products out.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. If you need to cancel your order, please get in contact with the Hometech support team by email or phone as soon as possible, prior to shipment, so you don't have to worry about paying to send the product back.
What if I'm unhappy and want to return my order?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, as long as the products have not been used and the packaging is in good order, you can return them within ten working days of receiving the goods (excluding postage and handling). If you have received a faulty product, you can return your purchase for a replacement or a full refund. Please contact our friendly team on 0800 466 383 to return your product to us for testing. There is one thing we will ask, please choose carefully and do check the sizing before ordering.
